No, we do not have a "standard" Multiple Intelligences (MI) measurement tool.
Yes. We can recommend several that are excellent resources on MI. Intelligence: Multiple Perspectives is an introductory textbook that considers the educational, societal and political implications of research on intelligence.
Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences, written by Howard Gardner, challenges the widely held notion that intelligence is a single general capacity possessed by every individual to a greater or lesser extent. Gardner posits the existence of a number of intelligences that ultimately yield a unique cognitive profile for each person.
Multiple Intelligences: The Theory in Practice, also written by Howard Gardner, brings together previously published and original work by Dr. Gardner and his colleagues to provide a coherent picture of what we have learned about the educational applications of MI theory from projects in school and formal research over the last decade.
Intelligence Reframed: Multiple Intelligences for the 21st Century In this book, now available in softcover, Dr. Gardner introduces the possibility of three new intelligences and argues that the concept of intelligence should be broadened, but not so much that it includes every human faculty or encompasses specific value systems. He also offers practical guidance on the educational uses of the theory in schools and museums, and responds in lively dialogue to the critiques leveled against it.
